Each client company gets its own private workspace, drag-and-drop form layout and Word template. Node, Express and SQLite, with GDPR export and delete built in.
Trading Terminal
Automated FX and gold trading bot with a live control dashboard: real-time pricing, signal detection, automatic position sizing and per-instrument risk limits. Strategy settings are editable from the browser behind a PIN. Python and Flask, self-hosted on my own server.

How does remote support work?
I'll send you a secure link to a small tool that lets me see and control your screen. Only with your permission, and only while you're watching. You can end the session at any moment, and the tool is removed when we're done.
What if you can't fix it?
No fix, no fee. If I can't resolve the problem remotely you aren't charged. I'll always tell you up front what is and isn't possible before any work starts.
Do you come out, or is it all remote?
Both. Plenty gets sorted remotely the same day, but for hardware faults, network installs or if you'd simply rather see a face, I cover Kent in person.
How quickly can you look at it?
Most enquiries get a reply within a few hours during the working day, and remote sessions are often available the same day.
Do you work with businesses as well as homes?
Yes, both. One-off jobs or ongoing support, whichever suits. Small businesses and sole traders are a big part of what I do.
Will I own my website?
Completely. The code, the domain and the hosting account are yours. No lock-in, no monthly fee just to keep the site online, and you can take it elsewhere whenever you like.
